Another successful teambuilding is behind us!
In Bright World, we believe teambuilding is a very important element for strengthening the bonds between team members, improving cooperation, increasing motivation and, ultimately, achieving even better work results.
Each one is special for us and this one stood out for its truly special location – Nature Park Telašćica and Kornati National Park.
Telašćica Bay is one of the most beautiful and famous natural ports of the Adriatic and opens up to the neighbouring islands of Kornati. This picturesque scenery gave us a great opportunity to break the routine and connect in a cheerful, relaxing atmosphere.
We gathered in Pakoštane, got on the speedboats and set out on an adventure of exploring the natural beauties of the area.
In Kornati National Park, our dear friend Jere treated us to the finest delicacies from the Adriatic Sea, prepared in a delicious fish ‘brodet’.
After lunch, we visited ACI Marina which uses our equipment for doing staff’s laundry.
In the afternoon, we got to relax by swimming in the crystal clear sea with amazing views of the surrounding nature, which was an unforgettable experience.
We concluded the day with dinner on the Žut island, where we exchanged impressions and recounted the most interesting moments.
Teambuilding is an investment in team culture and productivity, which is extremely beneficial from a long-term perspective. Our ‘batteries’ are charged and we are entering the fall ready for new projects and achievements!
