Meet One Team and one of the key members of our BW team – Kruno!

Kruno is the manager of the service network, which includes the development of the service network for Croatia, communication and coordination with service partners regarding assembly and spare parts, and ordering and selling spare parts.

"My working day starts with coffee and checking emails, followed by completing the to-do list for the day. Creating delivery notes and invoices for spare parts and answering calls is an essential part of my daily work," he says.

Although dynamic jobs bring with them challenges, Kruno does not see them as obstacles but as opportunities for growth and progress:

"Diversity is what I love most about my job. Every day brings a new opportunity to learn and grow!”

Kruno's previous experiences in running a retail store and training employees in sales and customer support helped him in his current job a lot.

"Through my previous jobs, I acquired organizational and communication skills that are precious to me today in managing the service network," he points out.

Good cooperation with colleagues is very important to him, which is one of the main reasons he likes his job in the Bright World.

"Everything is nicer and easier when the atmosphere is pleasant," he says.

Personal progress, results, and acquisition of new knowledge and skills motivate him to be successful in this dynamic business environment. In his free time, he likes to relax with diverse interests:

"I like to travel, do amateur photography, listen to rock music, cook my favorite goulash, but even more - taste dishes prepared by others," he concludes with a smile.
