Bright World at HoReEx 2025: Innovations Shaping the Laundries of the Future

Ivana Pita / 29.10.2025.

This year’s Hotel & Restaurant Expo in Opatija brought together leading brands, experts, and professionals from the hospitality and tourism industries.

For us at Bright World, it was an opportunity to showcase how technology and real-world practice can come together to shape a new generation of laundry facilities – more efficient, sustainable, and tailored to the actual needs of modern operations.

Throughout the fair and countless conversations at our booth, topics such as automation, ozone, enzyme-based technologies, and cost optimization proved central to the season ahead

The Fair as a Space for Collaboration and Ideas

HoReEx is more than just a place for presentations – it’s a meeting point for the entire industry.
We were delighted to reconnect with many of our clients, partners, and colleagues, as well as meet new professionals who share the same goal: improving efficiency and raising hygiene standards in commercial laundries.

Discussions, practical questions, and examples from the field once again confirmed how important innovation in laundry care has become within the HoReCa sector.

Laundry 2.0 – A Look Into the Future

One of the highlights of this year’s fair was our masterclass,“Laundry 2.0 – Ozone, Enzymes & Active Ingredients,” which gathered participants from across the hospitality sector.

Through real-world examples, we demonstrated how ozone and enzyme technologies enable shorter washing cycles, lower temperatures, and reduced resource consumption – all without compromising wash quality.

We also emphasized how process automation and the transition to in-house laundry operations deliver measurable savings and greater control over operating costs.

When a Laundry Becomes an Advantage – Not a Cost

In conversations with hotels, camps, and wellness centers, the topic of in-house laundries drew particular interest.

Many properties achieve tangible results already in their first season after switching to professional equipment – lowering costs while improving efficiency and flexibility.

We also presented our “Laundry Corner” concept – self-service laundry stations within hospitality facilities that can serve as both a guest convenience and a new source of revenue for operators.

Thank You to Everyone Who Visited Us

We’d like to thank everyone who visited our booth, shared their experiences, and showed interest in the next generation of laundry solutions.

See you next time – with even more innovation, projects, and ideas that keep the industry moving forward.
