From the very beginning, the hotel’s owner had a clear goal: to create a space that is both elegant and practical, with operations running smoothly and efficiently in the background. “I wanted every part of the hotel, even the things guests never see, to be designed with the same care as the interiors,” the owner explains.
Through collaboration with our Albanian partner, the hotel was initially equipped with standard in-room devices such as TVs, minibars, and safes. As the project evolved, a new need emerged – to establish an in-house laundry that would provide greater control over time, quality, and operating costs.
