The collaboration was made possible through our Albanian partner, a long-standing supplier of professional equipment for the hotel’s other facilities. “When we started planning the hotel, we knew we wanted to work with partners who understand our standards – high quality and long-term reliability,” recalls the owner.
From day one, the goal was clear: every room, every fabric, and every detail had to reflect the hotel’s philosophy – impeccable cleanliness, efficiency, and technology that performs quietly yet powerfully.
“For us, cleanliness and freshness are just as important as design. Guests might not notice it at first – but they definitely feel it,” adds the hotel manager.

“To be honest, we weren’t sure a professional laundry could fit at all. But we wanted to keep everything under our own control,” says the owner.
