The long-standing collaboration between Bright World and LG Electronics has reached another important milestone. After celebrating 15 years of partnership at the 2025 Global Conference, where Bright World was recognized as one of only three global partners that have helped build LG’s professional laundry segment from the very beginning, the focus now turns to the future. The new LG Zeus line represents the most technologically advanced solution the industry has seen to date. As a leading partner now responsible for 20 European markets, we play a key role in the final validation of these machines before they enter mass production.
Laboratory Precision and Real-World Testing
The final testing phase of the Zeus line was carried out in close collaboration with engineers from LG’s development team. The process included two key locations designed to simulate all aspects of professional use. The first phase took place at the BW Laundry Lab, a state-of-the-art training and testing facility opened in 2025, where every technical specification can be verified with laboratory-level precision.
To ensure maximum reliability, testing then continued in the demanding environment of a hotel laundry. Hotel operations require both exceptional hygiene standards and rapid processing times, making them the ideal setting to evaluate the durability and performance of the Zeus line under real operating conditions.
Global Synergy: Zagreb and Seoul Working Together
An additional highlight of the process was a joint video call with LG’s R&D team in Korea. Direct communication between the team on site in Zagreb and the development center in Seoul enabled rapid feedback on the performance of the new machines.
This systematic approach ensures that innovative ideas developed in the lab become reliable, practical solutions tailored to the specific needs of the European market.
