CleanExpo Athens as a Meeting Point for the Industry

At the beginning of March, our journey once again took us to Athens, to CleanExpo – a trade fair that has for years brought together professionals from the cleaning, hygiene, and laundry equipment sectors. In the same space, manufacturers, distributors, service technicians, and people who work in laundries every day come together, so conversations quickly move beyond catalogues and technical specifications and shift toward real situations from daily operations.

This year Athens was also the stage for an important moment for the LG professional segment. It was at the CleanExpo fair that the new LG Zeus industrial line was presented to the Greek market for the first time.

Supporting a Partner in the Greek Market

We came to Athens to support our partner who was presenting LG professional equipment at the fair. Meetings like this always carry additional value, as they allow collaboration that usually happens through projects, calls, and emails to continue in person, among the machines and the people who use them every day.

A fair booth quickly becomes a meeting point. Visitors arrive with very specific questions that come directly from their daily work: how much capacity a laundry needs during the season, how to organize operations when washing cycles are constantly running, or how to optimize energy and water consumption. Conversations like these give technology real context because it is viewed through the practical needs of the people who rely on it.

The Greek Market’s First Encounter with the LG Zeus Line

A large part of the interest at the fair naturally focused on the new LG Zeus industrial line. It is a system developed for laundries that process large volumes of textiles every day and require equipment capable of operating reliably in an intensive, continuous rhythm.

Discussions with visitors often returned to the same topics: capacity, long-term reliability, workflow organization, and consumption optimization. These are exactly the themes that show how the professional laundry sector is evolving. Machines are no longer viewed as standalone units but as part of a broader system in which capacity, logistics, and efficiency are closely connected.

Trade Fairs as a Place for Exchanging Experience

CleanExpo is also an opportunity to meet people who are usually known only through phone calls or emails. Conversations often quickly evolve into exchanges of experience from different markets. Some talk about the challenges of the tourist season, others about organizing industrial laundries, while some discuss plans for new projects.

In these moments, trade fairs reveal their real value. Technology may be the reason people gather, but what remains after the event are new ideas, new connections, and a clearer understanding of how the market is developing.

A Meeting of Partners and a New Step for the Zeus Line

Trips like this are always a reminder of how closely connected the professional laundry sector is through partnerships and long-term cooperation. We operate in different markets and environments, but the challenges are often very similar, and solutions emerge through shared knowledge and experience.

CleanExpo in Athens was therefore more than just a trade fair. It was a meeting of partners and a moment when the LG Zeus line took its first steps in the Greek market
