In the first half of March, we had the great pleasure of welcoming our Polish partners to our office and the BW Laundry Lab in Zagreb. Their visit provided an opportunity to deepen our cooperation and strengthen the foundations for the years ahead.

The central part of the three-day visit was dedicated to a series of intensive meetings and workshops focused on strategic development. At the BW Laundry Lab – a space designed specifically for research, discussion, and collaboration – we hosted a range of technical and strategic sessions.
Our goal was to give our partners a deeper insight into our business models so they could maximize the potential of their own strategy on the Polish market. The exchange of experience worked both ways: while we shared our technical expertise and best practices, our guests brought valuable insights from their own market.

An Exclusive First Look at Zeus Industrial Solutions and the Laundry 2.0 Concept
One of the most exciting moments of the visit was an exclusive preview of the new Zeus industrial machines. Our partners had the opportunity to see working examples of the new line first-hand and to take part in a presentation of the “Laundry 2.0” concept, which introduces a new technological standard for the industry.
To immediately connect theory with practice, we also organized a visit to a hotel laundry facility, where we carried out detailed testing of the Zeus line in actual operating conditions.
Seeing these innovations in action and exchanging professional insights with colleagues who share our passion for excellence confirmed that we are entering a new phase with a clear vision and some of the most advanced solutions available on the market. This type of practical training ensures that our partners have all the tools they need to deliver top-level service to their own customers.

A friendly football match became the highlight of our time together and another reminder of the strength of our “One Team” spirit. Just like in our daily business challenges, the game reflected the mindset that defines us – mutual respect, support, and a clear shared goal. Playing football with our partners was certainly a form of recreation, but it also symbolized our joint journey: alignment, motivation, and complete trust in one another. That is what gives us the momentum to achieve new outstanding results.
After testing our strength on the field, the conversations continued in a relaxed atmosphere over a few beers, where an informal “after-match” analysis helped strengthen the friendships that form the foundation of every successful project we undertake.
