The front office manager, Danijela Stanić, shared the challenges they faced at the campsite.
"We had old devices that frequently broke down, causing long wait times for technicians in the middle of the season. That resulted in guest dissatisfaction, which is not ideal for a service-oriented industry like tourism.”
Another problem they faced was the long queues at the reception due to the lack of tokens.
Tokens were bought at the reception, causing crowds and frustration among guests. Sometimes, the tokens would disappear, so the staff had to limit sales to one per guest.
