A Moment Fifteen Years In The Making
At the LG Global Customer Conference in Cebu, among hundreds of partners from around the world, only three were singled out. Three who had been part of building the professional laundry segment from day one. One of them was Bright World.
For our team, it was a moment that can’t be rushed or staged. Fifteen years of work, travel, projects, testing, installations, and accumulated experience suddenly became visible on a global stage.
When Charlie Woo, Director of LG’s Commercial Laundry Division, presented us with the award, it was clear that it was more than a symbolic gesture. It was recognition that our approach, standards, and results are valued far beyond our own region.
To understand why this moment mattered so much, it helps to go back to the beginning.

How It Began And Where We Are Today
Fifteen years ago, the professional segment looked nothing like it does today. LG had just introduced its first professional model, the Giant. The market had no established standards, and the space for growth was wide open but full of unknowns.
We chose to take the risk and become one of the first partners to help LG build this new segment. We started with one model and one market – with many questions and a great deal of learning.
As new opportunities emerged, new markets followed. Today, we oversee twenty markets across Europe. Each has its own dynamics, usage culture, and business habits, and our role has been to bring all those differences together into one coherent, reliable operation.
That is why the conference in Cebu was more than a celebration. It was a chance to show how fifteen years of work have evolved into a system that supports every partner, every project, and every solution.

Building a System That Supports Twenty Markets
Our system didn’t start as a blueprint; it grew out of real situations. Out of projects requiring quick decisions, markets that needed precise adaptations, partners who expected consistent support – and thousands of details that separate “good enough” from excellent.
Over time, this developed into the structure we rely on today: twenty different countries connected through one unified yet flexible operating rhythm. A system where local presence, daily communication, and stable standards aren’t promises but everyday practice.
That is why, in Cebu, we spoke about our system in concrete and personal terms. Because it isn’t just a set of procedures. It’s a way of working that has been shaped over years – and that now forms the backbone of our partnership with LG.

Looking Ahead To A New Cycle
The milestone in Cebu wasn’t the end of a chapter – it was the beginning of a new one. The discussions, meetings, and presentations at the conference made it clear where the professional segment is heading: faster, more demanding, and more technologically complex than ever before.
We respond to these changes with the same principles that brought us this far: predictability, consistency, and a system that adapts to the needs of each market.
We lead twenty markets not because we are the biggest, but because we are a reliable partner. And reliability isn’t inherited – it’s built, project by project, partnership by partnership, year by year.
We are entering the next fifteen years with a stable organization, a clear vision, and long-term partnerships that continue to grow.

If you are looking for a partner who can support your growth, a system that stays with you regardless of project size or market, and an organization that understands both local specifics and the broader European landscape – our team is here.
For the next fifteen years, just as we have been for the first fifteen.
