A fast pace for diverse markets
When you host partners from Latvia, Hungary, Romania, and Albania all in the same week, a demanding schedule is a given.
The goal of this gathering was to cover all key aspects of the business – from detailed service training in our BW Laundry Lab to developing high-level strategies tailored to the specifics of each region.

Hands-on experience as the best introduction
Instead of traditional conference room meetings, we went straight into the field. Right after their arrival, we took our partners to a working hotel laundry.

There, the new LG Zeus line awaited them in full operation. With the machines handling the evening shift, discussions about capacity, speed, and washing results immediately carried real weight. When you see firsthand how the equipment solves actual, everyday challenges, every subsequent business discussion becomes much easier.

Operational work in the BW Laundry Lab
We started Friday with morning coffee in our office before shifting into high gear. In the BW Laundry Lab, we presented the Zeus machines in detail, along with the innovations behind the Laundry 2.0 concept.

The focus was on practical knowledge. Our experts took the lead with intensive logistics and service training. This involved in-depth diagnostics and finding technical solutions that will directly simplify our partners' day-to-day work with clients.

A tailored approach for each region
Since the business climate in Latvia differs significantly from that in Albania, Hungary, or Romania, we reserved the afternoon for a highly personalized approach.

We split into smaller groups and dedicated time to each partner separately. Through dedicated strategic and marketing meetings, we aligned our plans and adapted them to the specifics of each market. This direct, one-on-one communication proved incredibly effective, allowing us to pinpoint the exact needs of every country.

Connecting outside the office
Hard work requires a proper break. We paused the intensive schedule for a shared dinner and eventually wrapped up the entire gathering in the great atmosphere of a downtown restaurant.

These relaxed evenings are always the best way to let the day's impressions settle and to strengthen the excellent relationships we continue to build across our partner network.

Returning with a clear direction
Two extremely productive days are behind us. Our partners are heading home with new technical tools and aligned marketing plans, while we are reassured that a tailored approach to every market consistently yields the best results.
