That is why we prepared a program for our partners that perfectly balances operational fieldwork, education on the latest technologies, and individual strategic meetings tailored to each specific market.
Practice First: The LG Zeus Put to the Test
After their arrival and check-in on Thursday, we didn't waste any time. We immediately took our partners on a tour of a hotel laundry room so they could see the new LG Zeus line in action firsthand.

When industry experts stand in front of machines operating at full speed and tackling the daily challenges of the hotel business, conversations about capacities, speed, and washing results move from mere specifications to concrete solutions.
Testing the Zeus line in a real working environment confirmed once again that the true value of the equipment is best seen in practice.

BW Laundry Lab: From Technology to Strategy
Friday was reserved for intensive work in our BW Laundry Lab. We started the day with coffee together in our office, catching the Zagreb sun before shifting into "higher gear".

In the BW Laundry Lab, our testing and training ground, we presented the Zeus machines in detail alongside the innovations brought by the Laundry 2.0 concept. The focus of the presentation was on the key selling points of the new machines and the most effective ways to communicate them to clients.
Additionally, we went through the important aspects of logistics and service organization, ensuring our partners are fully prepared to provide top-tier support and a flawless customer experience in their respective markets.

An Individualized Approach for Maximum Results
Since every market brings its own challenges, we structured the afternoon around a completely individualized approach. Through a series of separate strategic and marketing meetings with the teams from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, we aligned our plans and tailored them to the specific needs of each country.

This kind of direct communication in smaller teams allowed us to accurately pinpoint the needs of each region and collaboratively design the best strategies for market positioning.

The Grand Finale: Teamwork That Builds Business
This meeting also carries a special significance. The visit from our partners from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia served as the grand finale of our spring cycle of gatherings. With this, we successfully rounded out our distributor network and connected all key players under the strong BW One Team vision.

Let's recall that we kicked off this cycle with a meeting with our Polish partners, after which Zagreb became the gathering hub for partners from Estonia and Greece. Soon after, we hosted our regional partners in full glory, and then we worked together in the field and individually in planning with teams from Latvia, Hungary, Romania, and Albania.

It has been a few weeks of incredible energy, idea exchange, and fieldwork that once again reaffirmed what we have always believed: the strength of our brand lies in our people.
Now, with all our partners across Europe equipped with new technical knowledge and shared strategies, we are ready as one big team to push the boundaries across all markets!
