Celebrating 20 years of Bright World and bringing together our regional One Team gave us an opportunity to look back on what we have achieved together while preparing for what comes next.
Our five-day visit to South Korea included educational and cultural experiences, but an important part of the trip was dedicated to business meetings and preparations for the launch of the new LG Zeus industrial line across European markets.
As a long-standing LG partner in Europe, we held a series of meetings with the leadership team of LG Commercial Laundry. We discussed the development of European markets, the needs of business customers across the region and the introduction of the new LG Zeus line.
To prepare for its arrival, we focused our activities on two key areas: market development and marketing preparation, alongside technical and service training.
Marketing strategy and market development at LG Twin Towers, Seoul
The first part of our business programme took place at LG’s headquarters, the LG Twin Towers in Seoul.
Our marketing and sales team met with LG’s global directors and commercial sales leaders. The discussion focused on aligning the positioning and launch strategy for the LG Zeus line across Central and Southeast European markets.

In direct discussions with the LG team, we reviewed the needs of customers in the region, exchanged insights from local markets and explored the tools and approach that will help our partners introduce the new line in a clear and relevant way from the start.
Taking part in these discussions reflects the trust that Bright World has earned within LG’s global network. It also highlights our responsibility to adapt every new technology to the real needs of customers in the markets where we operate.
Technical preparation at LG Smart Park, Changwon
A strong launch plan is only one part of preparing a new product line. It is equally important to have experienced people behind every installation, reliable technical support and a service team that understands each machine in detail.

For that reason, the technical and service part of our visit took place at LG Smart Park in Changwon, where LG Commercial Laundry equipment is manufactured.
Our technical team had the opportunity to explore the production line and the new Zeus range in detail. Working directly with LG development engineers and technical support specialists, we reviewed the machines’ mechanical and electronic architecture, technical specifications, service procedures and diagnostic systems.

This preparation means our service specialists will be ready from the first installations. Our goal is not simply to deliver a new washer or dryer, but to provide customers with dependable support throughout the equipment’s entire service life.
From preparation to reliable support in the field
The meetings in Seoul and Changwon showed how important it is to connect market development, training and technical support. Our discussions with LG leadership helped us further shape the way we will introduce LG Zeus across our markets, while working with LG engineers gave us practical knowledge for high-quality installation, maintenance and servicing.
Bright World is more than an equipment distributor. Our role is to understand the technology we represent, prepare the teams who work with it and provide dependable support to partners planning or developing a professional laundry.

The new LG Zeus line will arrive on the market backed by preparation that may not always be visible at first glance, but can be felt at every important stage: from space planning and equipment selection to installation, training and long-term service support.
