About Ames Hotel & Spa
Ames Hotel & Spa is a hospitality property in Vlore, Albania, combining modern accommodation with a strong focus on wellness and guest experience. The spa area plays a central role in the hotel’s offering, requiring a continuous supply of clean, hygienic textiles, from towels and bathrobes to treatment linens.
From the outset, the hotel’s management approached wellness operations with the understanding that guest comfort depends as much on behind the scenes processes as on visible design and service. Laundry, though rarely noticed by guests, is a fundamental part of that experience.
"In wellness, guests may not see the processes, but they feel the results immediately," said the management.
As spa usage increased and guest expectations rose, the hotel identified a need to rethink how wellness laundry was handled on a daily basis.

Challenge – Availability and hygiene depend on drying
While washing capacity was already in place, drying proved to be the real bottleneck in daily spa operations. Towels and bathrobes require thorough and even drying to meet hygiene standards and to be ready for immediate reuse throughout the day.

Relying on existing drying capacity created delays and uncertainty, particularly during peak spa hours. The hotel needed a solution that would guarantee all washed textiles would be dry and ready to use without delays.
"For the spa, drying is the critical step. If items aren’t fully dry and ready on time, the whole operation slows down," said the management.
Solution – A dedicated professional dryer for wellness laundry
After assessing the hotel’s operational needs, we proposed a focused solution, the installation of a single LG Professional Titan dryer dedicated exclusively to spa textiles.
Delivered equipment:

The dryer was selected for its ability to handle frequent cycles, deliver consistent drying results, and maintain textile quality over time. Its controlled drying programs support hygiene requirements while avoiding unnecessary thermal stress on towels and bathrobes.
By dedicating the dryer solely to wellness use, we helped the hotel eliminate scheduling conflicts and establish a clear, reliable workflow for spa laundry.
"We didn’t need to replace our whole set-up, we needed certainty. One dryer we could rely on at any time of day," said the management.
Results – Continuous readiness and calmer daily operations
Following the installation of the Titan dryer, Ames Hotel & Spa achieved uninterrupted availability of spa textiles. Freshly washed towels and bathrobes are now dried on site, on demand, and returned to use without delays.

Staff report smoother workflows and reduced pressure during busy periods, while management benefits from more predictable operations and improved hygiene assurance.
"Knowing that drying is no longer a bottleneck makes a noticeable difference in how the spa runs day to day," said the management.
The dedicated dryer has proven to be a small investment with a high operational impact, supporting both current demand and future growth of the wellness offering.
Through this project, we demonstrated that effective in-house laundry does not always require a full installation. By identifying drying as the critical constraint and addressing it with a dedicated professional dryer, the hotel strengthened hygiene standards and operational reliability where it mattered most.
"In the spa, consistency is everything. This setup gives us that consistency, day after day," said the management.

This project at Ames Hotel & Spa shows how a targeted, in-house drying solution can remove a critical bottleneck and support a calmer, more reliable spa operation.
For companies active in hospitality and wellness, and for the partners who work with them, we see similar opportunities to support daily operations with professional laundry solutions, always in close cooperation and with respect for existing relationships.
