Zagreb as a Strategic Hub for LG’s European Growth
At Bright World, visits from our LG partners are always important, but this one marked a special moment in our two-decade journey. We had the honour of welcoming the LG President responsible for 11 European markets, together with his colleagues, in a visit that reaffirmed Zagreb’s role as an important operational hub and development centre for Central and Eastern Europe.

As LG’s leading partner for professional laundry solutions in Europe, we see this responsibility as both a privilege and a commitment. It reflects the trust built over years of collaboration and our shared ambition to shape the future of the industry together.
The People Behind the Partnership
The visit began with a tour of our headquarters, where we introduced our guests to the people behind Bright World’s daily work. For us, long-term success has always come down to one thing: a team that knows how to turn complex logistical and service challenges into clear, reliable solutions for clients.
It was also an opportunity to show our “One Team” philosophy in practice. More than a slogan, it reflects the personal, sincere and human approach that shapes the way we work every day.

Inside the BW Laundry Lab
A key part of the visit was the BW Laundry Lab, our R&D and education centre, where innovation becomes practical market knowledge. As one of only three global partners that helped build LG’s professional laundry segment from the very beginning, we wanted to show how product expertise, testing and education come together in one place.
The LG team saw firsthand how the Lab helps us test and adapt innovations, including the LG Zeus line, to the real needs of different European markets. It is not only a space for technology, but also for learning, exchange and continuous improvement.

Strategy, Growth and Market Potential
After the tour, we held a presentation on our market positions, growth strategy and ways of working. We shared the scale of our network, which today supports 20 markets across Europe, from the Baltic to the Aegean, and discussed how that reach creates both responsibility and opportunity.
A major focus of the discussion was the potential for digitalisation and the adoption of new hygiene standards. These are areas where Bright World continues to build momentum through field-tested models, close partner support and a strong understanding of local markets.

Looking Ahead
This visit was a valuable moment of alignment between people who got to know each other well, respect each other’s work and share a long-term vision for the market.
By opening up our strategy, our way of working and our team culture, we strengthened the foundation for the next chapter of our partnership with LG. Together, we remain focused on sustainable growth, smarter operations and advanced laundry solutions for customers across Europe.
