On Friday, June 12, we celebrated an important milestone – 20 years of Bright World. We gathered in a way that best reflects who we are: relaxed, genuine, and without unnecessary formality, surrounded by the people behind everything we have built.
A history built on knowledge and stability
Over the past two decades, we have grown from a local company into a regional leader present in 20 European markets. Today, as the number one LG partner in Europe and a holder of the AAA Platinum recognition, we operate as a key operational hub for the region.
However, our development has never been just about equipment. We have built knowledge, launched our own R&D center, and developed BW Academy to turn experience into concrete, applicable expertise.
From our first installations to today, the most important thing we have built is not laundries, but trust.
A rooftop gathering
The celebration began on our rooftop, in a relaxed atmosphere familiar to all of us. It was a moment of pause for our team – the people who manage complex logistics, service, and sales processes every day, often behind the scenes.
With music, conversation, and a great atmosphere, we reflected not only on our achievements, but also on the challenges we have overcome along the way. Each of them has shaped how we work and think today. Through them, we have learned how to simplify our clients’ operations and provide what matters most: peace of mind and one less concern.

Afterwards, the gathering continued in an even more relaxed tone. Outside the business environment, in the rhythm of everyday city life, we simply continued where we left off – together.
A walk to Trešnjevka market and an evening at Špica Plac reflected what defines us. Alongside the professional strength and discipline we bring to our work, we remain a team that values simplicity, openness, and genuine human connection. It is in these moments that who we truly are, comes through most clearly.
