As their next step, the Benčić family plans to hire additional staff. As Mrs. Manuela optimistically points out: "The more we work, the happier everyone is, and the investment will ultimately pay off."
"We are a modern, efficient laundromat, we have plenty of parking, and we are in a great location. But the most important thing is having polite and helpful staff available. It always comes down to people. You can build robots, but the human touch can only be provided by a human," Mrs. Manuela concludes with a smile.
